Your Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager for FX Product to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for our FX product line. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development, launch, and enhancement of innovative electric vehicle products that meet market needs and exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy Development:
Define and execute a comprehensive product strategy for FX products, aligning with Faraday Future’s overall vision and market demands.
- Market Research:
Conduct thorough market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer feedback collection to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the electric vehicle market.
- Product Lifecycle Management:
Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, including ideation, development, testing, and post-launch performance monitoring.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure successful product development and market introduction.
- User-Centric Design:
Advocate for the end-user by prioritizing user experience and functionality in product development, ensuring that FX products meet customer needs and preferences.
- Performance Metrics:
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, monitor product performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
Communicate product vision, strategy, and performance to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and partners.
- Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure that all products comply with relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in the U.S. market.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in product management within the automotive or technology sectors, with a focus on electric vehicles preferred.
- Strong understanding of product development processes and lifecycle management.
- Proven ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product strategy.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Passion for electric vehicles and a commitment to sustainable transportation solutions.
Annual Salary Range:
($150,000 - $190,000 DOE), plus benefits and incentive plans
